Just out of curiosity, what do you people think about doujinshi? Like it or not?
How many do you own?
I'm not talking about the section of this site, but the actual fan-made mangas

I usually buy yaoi/shounen-ai and sometimes gag doujinshi and have a total of
34, mostly of Fullmetal Alchemist. ^^. I really like them
Why don't you suggest authors and titles of your favs, so we can know what to
buy?
I've loved doujinshi ever since I found out what it was.
I used to have a collection of 20-30 of them, but I sold most of them recently
at a swap meet. The kind that I usually collect is normal with plot. Though...
the fact that I was under 18 at the time when I purchased most of mine might
also be a giant factor. ^^;;
Now, I'm able to buy other types, but I haven't really taken the time to look
around. Well, I have, but it's really hard to find KH shounen-ai/yaoi doujinshi,
ya know?
As for recommendations:
Any GW doujinshi by Bambi Takada/Ronno to Kalus (um...yeah, I really need to
update my collection...)
I'd like to sell some of them too! Sometimes on ebay there are auctions with two
doujinshi.. and it's usually one I really want and one I'd never buy otherwise

For Fullmetal Alchemist (yaoi): the doujin circles 'Idea' and 'Mechano'
I love doujinshi but I don't own any. There are a couple of shops here that sell
them but they are closed in a plastic and you can't see how they are inside, and
I don't want to buy something like a doujinshi without seeing how it's inside...
I want to go to one of those doujinshi conventions in Japan... and I would like
to do yaoi doujinshi but my drawing skills aren't that good.
Doujinshis are the bomb! Since some of my favorite artists hardly publish
anything professionally, I can still snag a little portfolio of their art thru
doujinshi.
All my doujinshis so far are drawn by Range Murata. ^-^"

more Yaoi doujins) I'm most familiar with FF7 ones, but I can't buy any because
1. I wouldn't know where or how to get any and 2, I prefer being able to read
something if I buy it and generally you can't buy scanlations... so... *shrug* I
really like the Gravitation Remixes and I wish more were scanlated...
But otherwise I know nothing about doujinshi circles or anything like that...
Doujinshi is great. I usually buy what ever strikes my interest. Weather its a
gag, Romance, normle, or even H-doujinshi. Actually I like anything with good
art. I usually like Rurouni Kenshin Doujinshi.
