I have to say..Primula from Shuffle is my absolute favourite female character; she is just too cute. Next is Illyasviel von Einzbern from Fate/Stay Night. Then Shinku from Rozen Maiden and Rika from Higurashi no naku koro ni.

but i picked 3:
it has to be miaka yuki ( fushigi yuugi ), c.c. ( code geass ) and kagome higurashi ( inuyasha )
no offence to other animes...

I like a whole lot I think are great, but my #1 choice is Eclair from Kiddy Grade, she's a truly wonderful character, she has a lot of great qualities about her that make her the best, she's easy to make friends with, she stays true to herself, strong of heart, and loyal to her friends. So that's why I think Eclair is the best.
