I was thinking of having emoticons for each of the mods. Each smiley would represent one of the mods. :D (example: Osiris' smiley would be a head wearing a pharaoh's hat)

I think its not half bad of an idea Osi. Gives a bit of creativity and is something that each of the mods will have to separate themselves from being just like the other. I'm all for it and I look very foward to seeing something like that in the future. So my overall opinion? Go for it. I'm curious to see what the staff'll choose.
