ummm.... i was wondering if bittorrents are legal, if they were maybe MT can try to get some. Just a suggestion.

Sure, bittorrents are legal. It's a very popular and efficient way to distribute files. Besides, there isn't any legislation, at least so far as I know, that would outlaw them.
What would MT need need to use them for, though? I don't think it has any files big enough to justify their use.
