Yeah nice ones, i would say ghost in the shell not really stand alone complex but the original, Gundam SEED too has been looking kinda cool especially the way they drop the seed and go into full battle mode.

My favourite mecha anime is definitely Full Metal Panic! My favourite android anime is Mahoromatic.
