I'm having a problem making colours work on my userpage layout. I've read and followed all the guides ie. noob bible 1 and links but my background colour stays white instead of the colour I want. The pictures seem to work but not the background colours.
Sorry this is a double thread because I pressed the thread button twice. Could there be a reason why I always get timed out messages and whenever I'm on this site it's really really slow? I have a 1mbps connection so have I got some setting wrong?
