Orikasa Fumiko - One of the best Seiyuu/singers to come out recently with one of the most prettiest voices I've heard in anime ^^;
She played Chise (Saikano), Sherry (Konjiki no Gash), Ciel (Tsukihime) and even sang the awesome ED Rinne no Hate ni for Tsukihime ^^b
Others great seiyuus on my list are Hayashibara Megumi, Tanaka Rie and Yukino Satsuki.
