That's the problema...and before the illegality comes the bandwich , maintaning a site with this hits its hard ...and usually expensive if it consumes a lot of bandwich -_

no way this could cause problems, problems with the bandwich or more problems then now with the leechers. mt is free, bandwich/space doesnt cost money and a lawyer is for free.

No, the content spreaded with BitTorrent can be illegal. BitTorrent itself is fully legal, as well as MP3. The song stored as a MP3 could be illegal.As for the suggestion, I wouldn't do it. But Sheqel is the man with the last word about this.

Unless you've created the song, it's illegal. It's also very well known how mods feel about mentioning illegal activities on this board.
