But that doesn't help! Know why? Everyone is repeating the same things over and over again and people aren't reading helpful threads, thinking that "what they say I already know" and so forth.
<font size="3">*Tips On Usage of Search Function*</font>
#1- Type in a thread name that you want to make. Don't be too specific and say such as "What is your favorite character in Bleach manga?" for example. Start out with key words such as Bleach or favorite character.
#2- Use variations. Sometimes there are alternatives like instead of favorite character maybe fav character. Maybe it isn't even "favorite" or "fav" character at all! There may be a thread that says Best character.
#3-Threads that are considered 4 weeks are older are dead. Not to be tampered with. If you are absolutely positively sure and will bet your life that there isn't a single qwark of an neutron of a thread newer than 4 weeks, then by all means make the thread.

I'll just repeat it again. Don't submit multiple versions of wallpapers unless it is a totally different
background but with the same scan. You can always use a photo hosting site such as photobucket.com or imageshack to post
links to your other versions of wallpapers.

Scans scans scans. You maybe (or maybe not) know how evil I can be about scans. I've seen many of MT's scans before so I know most of what has or has not been submitted. Now, YOU guys may not know half of the anime I know but that's because I learn style. Half of the anime I know I've only heard about. I don't even know the characters names. I'm mean what Da Capo? Anyways, learn your anime well so you can check the section in which your desired scan has not been submitted yet.
No pornography!!! I don't care what you say as the human body being a work of art blah blah blah. I FRANKLY DON'T CARE! This site is frequented by persons under 18 and parents (I believe) don't think it is desirable that their child see:
Breasts, exposed gluteus maximus (in other words butts), exposed pelvic areas, or so forth.
Also. Quality scans! Don't submit scans that are blurry or do not seem wallable. Do you think a really large head is going to do MT any good? Think about what you submit to MT. Would you like to see your site filled with oversized heads? No, I didn't think so.
Wallpapers as scans:
Some people like to rip and have a itchy hand for pressing a submit button for a work you did not do. Think about it. That is so stupid you might as well stab your knee and sing "Yankee Doodle" while everyone goes shinji on you and attempts to kill you. Don’t submit ANYONE’S wallpapers as scans. That is just plain stupid.
Only exception. ONLY official wallpapers may be submitted as scans.
I think I'm done ranting. Mods, feel free to amend to anything I say and I know there probably a whole bunch of
