Your body shape has a lot to do with which one would look better. If you are lean/very little curves, then pants with a loose cuff with give you the illusion of better curves. If you are curvy or have proportionatly short legs then wear a skirt above the knee will make you look taller and you legs longer, hope the helps!!!

not that i would ever wear a halter (my mom won't let me...) but i'd go with the pants cuz i look horrible in skirts but someone else might look better in a halter and skirt rather than halter and pants though...
