Funny as it may be, ADV has every right to try and get the links off the site. They paid for the rights to those series and they don't want anyone trying to steal their profit. Though I have a feeling that ADV will continue pressing matters, and mircx will eventually lose. Who knows. I wouldn't be at all suprised if it ended up being a court matter.
On a side note...didn't we already have a thread about this? I can't seem to find it anywhere anymore...

The point is that ADV has the rights to those series and they will do all they can to retain their profit by getting rid of fansubbers and link sites who are distributing freely. It's like if you wrote a book and got it published, and somone stole it, printed up fake copies of it, and starts giving out the copies for free, without your permission. Would you want someone distributing your copyrighted material like that?

Yeah, I know that the point isn't that the fansubbers do a better job ^^ Just my opinion XD
But about the MircX/MirkX thing, since the Comoro islands didn't sign the copyright thing, ADV just has their panties in a bunch over nothing...I just think it's funny because MircX/MircX isn't technically doing anything illegal cuz of the Comoro islands copyright thing XDQuote by VelgWould you want someone distributing your copyrighted material like that?
