i'm at 65GB and rising. i always look for 320kbps or at least the highest i can find, unless i have no other choice.

All my mp3's come to about 70 hours or so of music. Its probably more by now and id like to count them but I had so many I had to burn a bunch and split more between my HD's.

That's a lot.I agree with you too.
When acquiring songs, I try to get 320's or VBR's that are encoded using lame.

i only "acquire" 256kbps VBR or higher .mp3s

Eh, I've only got 500 MP3's but that's because I've got over fifty CD's. I too am picky when it comes to my music though I'll listen to just about anything.
