okay so here is the link to the noob bible 1 by xand http://forum.minitokyo.net/showthread/10242/

and the code depends on what you're using as a browser
*Q: What are the tags for putting music on my Userpage?
A: To put background music in your userpage content, you'll have to put the tags below, anywhere within the <body> and </body> tags:

<embed src="http://link_to_music_here.mp3" autostart=true loop=true hidden=true></embed>
<noembed><bgsound src="http://link_to_music_here.mp3" loop=infinite></noembed>

The first embed line are for Netscape and other browser users. The second noembed line are for Internet Explorer users. If you want to give your music a smooth flow on your userpage, it's mandatory to have both lines. But remember, not everyone likes the music you like, so you might consider turning the hidden-attribute to false, doing this enables the visitor to toggle the music on and off.*

i hope that works okay.
