I've been longing to have a customized userpage myself. But here in MT, they make it so complicated! And when I asked about it there's this somebody saying that I shouldn't really bother with it. It'll just make things slower for you. Is that true? Should I just ignore it and have a plain blue userpage?
It's not really all THAT complicated.
If you just want to change colors, go into Userpage Customization: Layout
and paste color codes in. Here's a good site for color codes. http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_colors.asp
Just before to put a "#" sign before the number.
