i want to know how you get the whitecrap in the middle of the page to go away...can you tell me how or give me a site to fix it? (if you dont understand its on my U/p)

If you're trying to remove those white boxes, then they were probably created because of your style content, thus which gave that appearance. Within the style open and close tags, you need to remove whatever is causing the headers to change format. If it's not your content, then it's because of someone else's signature, in which someone used HTML tags somewhere.
