It looks like she is nude because it is black and white. If you colored it there really wouldn't be anythign wrong with resubmitting it.

Yeha.. I agree with Spystreak .. it looks like she's nude without colors.. perhaps shading..? It seems like you were shading already.. Iunno ^_^;; .. something like that, perhaps.. when I saw it at first.. I was like.. she's naked!? o_O;; .. .. XD .. so yeah..

Or even shade in the white to make it look like a suit, that and put just a tinge of wrinkles, and get rid of the complex details lol
