Username cannot be changed unless it is for a VERY good reason, or if it violates a rule or is offensive. Simply saying that you don't like it is not sufficient for a username change.

I don't think there is an option to change your alias. It might be possible but you probably have to PM an admin to have it done, I wouldn't mind changing mine to one I use more often but I don't feel like bugging an admin just to get my alias changed.
