I often suspect that they intentionally enhance the characters' moral qualities in order to make the little devils more mannered.
There exist evil animes, but even in those, the good is supposed to win.

haha.... that's right up there with the theory that video games with violence are the army's way of training kids so that one day they can opperate machines from control rooms that will kill people..... kinda like in those violent video games....
