We conjure up demons of foul smelling vapor
And caught in their wake they engulf and devour me

The smell of your hair is the moon over water
This night I dreamt of gouging my eyes

erm...it a pretty short poem man!
I think I understand the meaning of it but it's too short to really portray and show out the feeling..
thanks for sharing anyway^^

Sorry, my bad

I didn't mean that this poem was a haiku. A haiku is actually shorter than my poem.

Increadibly Cute

looks like two haikus, and i can't find any relationship between the two. The second haiku, I don't see how the two lines relate. And why did you explain a smell characteristic with an image characteristic: The "smell" of your hair is the "moon over water" ? I don't know if the metaphore works.

An eye for an eye brings justice, but it is compassion that changes a man.

Another point of view doesn't necessarily make yours more or less right.
