I'm talking about lolis as in the pornographic ones. If they aren't dressed provocatively or doing anything
sexually obscene like this, I don't see any
problem, since they are just there to be cute.
It should be illegal. It's disgusting. It's just a way for perverted old men to look at children in sexual
acts without getting in trouble because they aren't "real kids." I think it's funny how worked up
CNN is getting trying to protect his right to look at little kids being forced into rape, sexually mutilated, and
perverse sexual positions. You're 17, you're not even old enough to look at real porn. But you think it's
ok to look at little kids? Drawings or not, it is still sickening.
Anyways, lolicon is already illegal in a lot of places, and though the US is not a definite "yes," However,
even a cartoon story can be prosecuted as obscenity. If a Lolicon appears to show very young children engaged in sex
acts, I doubt you'd have much trouble getting a US jury to decide it to be obscene.
Also,
"In February 2007, Senator John McCain introduced S.519, which would add a
mandatory 10-year prison sentence to anyone who uses the Internet to violate the PROTECT Act."
[Protect Act]
I really hope the government takes a step up and enforces a stricter child pornography law, including sexual lolis.
