I've been a MT user for over a year now, and I can't remember seen any animated wallpapers. Is there some rule againt it, or are they just that unpopular?

This isn't the forums to ask this... though I'll answer.
Well, they aren't hard to make but they are just kinda pointless.
They seem to eat up your resources or something like that fast.
Also, as far as I know. There is no way to get rid of the color background that appears on the words on the desktop icons.I tried out a animated wallpaper before. Didn't work out.
They work better as screensavers.Learning little by little.
