hmm...maybe it's because it's almost the same with the original scan? cos if u only did repairs and such, it should be submitted as scan not wallpaper. Wallpaper is something that is different from the original scan..hope this helps >_<

Yeah, Milkiyo nailed it on the head...cleaning scans and extracting them is a normal part of the wallpaper creating process it's expected that everyone do it. Beyond that, nothing was changed in your wallpaper from the scan itself, except for cropping it. However you did a good job cleaning it :)

Just like Fluke and Milkiyo stated, your wallpaper is simply a scan cleaning job. The reason for deletion was probably not because of quality lack, but because it shows no work of effort. It may look allright as a wall, but this clearly is just a scan. You could even submit it in the scan section.
