I need some help. Whenever I go on my profile, the background is white. It's fine whenever I'm anywhere else, it's just like that on my profile. I don't know why. Can anyone help me? I've switched my background several times and it's still like that. It's really annoying... OX

That's because you don't have a skin.
A skin is a custom userpage, like mine by example, i would love to help you with a skin, but i don't know how to share them

i usually do this: go to IE tools\internet options\2nd tab\delet files
check all offline content \ok then refresh or ctrl+f5
usually when the page reload is fine.
sometimes have to del the cookies too
any help just let a PM or msg in the cbox of my Homepage

You have to make sure that you're using the right kind of images which I think is GIF and upload the background images again. Then refresh it. That usually does it again.

The skin you were using is either corrupted or deleted. Was it one you made yourself, or were you using someone else's? If the latter, the person who made that skin either updated or deleted it so it no longer works on your userpage (you may be seeing images still in other parts of the site due to caching issues with your browser.) Try selecting a different skin.
If it is your own skin, try reuploading the image slices, as they no longer exist on the server.

I tried the first thing you posted and it didn't work.... ummm I don't know what MTHP is... :sweat:....

I tried all of those things that y'all suggested, and nothings worked yet..... oh and none of the skin's I tried where mine, because I don't know how to make a skin.... does anyone have any other suggestions, please?

Did you reset your skin? (if you don't know how to do it, you need to click Control Panel>Skin Builder> and in the left side of the screen it's the option reset skin. )
Then you pick another one from the selection.

If you have already reset your skin...I've no idea how to help you, Sorry -_-
