Well, as I read cherrybombgurl-san's poem about an hour ago, I thought I should write a poem too since I
haven't written one for ages....
Anyways this poem is about hatred of the world......
Sorry that my poems are always dark and gloomy....
Forevermore and never again my song will be played in heaven
Happiness gone a yonder voyage to a far away land
Tomorrow I will awake from my tomb with a rage against the ones who have forsaken me
Where is all the innocence that was yesterday?
Another child killing
Eleven children dying
A vile, cruel world that refuses to apologize.... That won't say sorry
Another gun toll
Drunken with the blood of the dead ones and dancing as one burns and withers like a flower
I cry out but over there I see no one
So I turned away from this sphere of blood craving monsters I loathe so much
Hug me one more time before I am slaughtered like a lamb
To the choir of hungry wolves
When the siren tolls once more....
This world will burn and wither away every single lilies in the field
Another song of requiem sung by her
Another tale of infinite pain told by her
I beg for salvation but only hatred and anger reached out its hand towards me
Maybe beyond that horizon
Maybe.... just maybe on the other side of the sky
Is there a place where we can all smile?
Are we not all a child of someone?
As we all see our hearth from yonder
As we harken to the sound of silence one last time
Happiness..... Happiness..... Happiness.....
So what is happiness? Why do we crave for something that we do not know?
Because nobody likes pain
Because nobody wants to die
Because nobody wants to be alone
Because nobody wants to be hungry and cold
A little castle.... A little refuge of hope
