I guess the moon looks better now. Just you need to work more on the stars. Remove some near the mountain and around the moon. It'll look better. =)

The star above Lacus, the prominent one, I guess it's glow needs to be reduced a bit. Other than that, I don't know what else to comment.

It's so pretty! But the moon is bright so try to bright a little some water surface and Lacus's front. Not much though, it will be too bright and it will ruin it. Let's hope for the lucky #20 :D

I like the first version you have listed best, but I also like versions 15, 16, and 17 because they have different feels to them. I don't like the versions with the darkened moon.
