the new group link says 40 cedits for a new group but why do an erroe come up saying that it costs 100 credits? ^_^'
does anyone know? OX :sweat:

This isn't a bug, in fact it's been like this for a while, but I don't remember if it's ever actually been officially announced.
However, it was mentioned in Mt-Maigetsu: Issue No 5
