well i need help with my computer, because my keyboard isn't working andit says its a code 39, i looked up the stuff online, and still i got nothing from looking, at the forums, i need help how to get it to work, because apparently even getting a new keyboard didn't work, because it says that the file is either corrupted or missing, and i'm out of ideas what to do next, so can anyone help out with my problem?
I'm using my laptop at the moment.

Are you sure you have keyed in the right keywords in the search engine? I can see a lot of hits relating to your issue.

Maybe you're missing the Drivers for it?
First I'd suggest you turn everything off, unplug everything, open the box, see if any connections severed, see if
it's clean, close it up, re-plug everything, turn the power on, and if you still get the same error, then F9 during
start up to boot it in safe mode, and see connection devices.
If indeed you might have lost the driver for it by accident, then either find the CD for it, or download if from the
net.
All you need if the mark of the keyboard, and details of the model.
If all else fails take it to a repair shop.
