Well, I have tried three types Vocaloid2
1. 01 - Hatsune Miku - She have specially beautiful teenager voice XD.
2. 02 - Kagamine Len\Kagamine Ren - Both of them are special, one with relaxed boy voice and another one with cute-moe girl voice.
3. 03 - Luka Megurine - This newcomer has surprising beautiful mature voice XD.
For me, I chose Luka, since I like a bit more matured voice XD

well, i like rin. she is my favorite vocaloid, then i like len. ^_^ i also like luka too though
It takes talent to trip on flat surfaces.
Rin/Len for me! But I do love the others! <3
i love kaito and len :D:D:D

Rin/Len of course, the are one for me.
though, kaito is very cute too, but he is not in the list.

1. Hatsune Miku
She's the most popular Vocaloid, although she has the least advanced software system.
But because she have a lot of great songs, I love her most.
2. Kagamine Rin/Len
They're great when they sing together. I enjoy their individual works too, but I prefer their duet.
3. Megurine Luka
She has both Japanese and English pronunciation, but unfortunately don't have that many popular songs.
But if you ask me my favorite all over Vocaloid software, I'd say GUMI a.k.a Megpoid
I think I like miku the most, because like silverbk201 said, she has a lot of great songs *3* although I prefer covers from "reallife" japanese people like Clear xD

Luka. I can't stand Miku's voice, and Rin and Len sound best together.

From the information I got, Miku Hatsune existed since 1980's but only started to popularize at 2000's :3
