In the past,I can dowm load 5 pictures per a hour .But ,now ,although past a hour ,I still can't find any available credits.So I want to ask what's wrong.

you can only obtain credits per posting, guest book, groups, etc...to get free downloads it is every hour...sometimes it doesn't reset right at an hour, sometimes it's a few mins over...but it does refresh...just pass the time for that hour and refresh pages when the hour has passed and it'll appear...unless there is some unknown glitch that is haunting you because I am not having this problem...hopefully a mod/admin will look into it for you
