Well I can't really say what is the best, but I think ef - A Tale of Memories and ef - A Tale of Melodies' opening theme were cute. The op was epic... But nonetheless, I also like Erementar Gerad, Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama!, Kuroshitsuji and Spiral :)

I like DURARARA!'s OP1, OP2 and ED1 the best :) I don't know why, but I don't quite like the 2nd ending ):

Code Geass's opening is quite good too. I forgot which opening was it, but I remember that the song was called Color by FLOW. :))
