ei im having this message right now it says "500 internal server server" and the MT loading is running slow T_T

The 500 errors seem to be on the rise lately. The slowness of the server is a known issue (I think half the threads in this section of the forum are about that problem.) According to Sheqel, a new ISP may be in the cards (see http://forum.minitokyo.net/t67338?page=5#p1716829 for more details)
