What browser are you using? Have you tried using a different browser to see if it works?
Have you tried to clear your browser's cookies and cache to see if that fixes the problem?
What happens when you refresh the page or visit a different part of the site (ie the forums vs the galleries)?
Are you using a proxy?

I might add are you using an adblocker of some sort, sometimes those can also cancel out certain coding as well as certain areas in which you log in from, like a school or country.

I've got same trouble.. some times pages opens without any arrangement.
