Does anyone know similar Animes as Ouran High School Host Club?
Or other Animes where the girl looks like a boy and falls in love or so on..?

Yes I have seen & I know Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan! But are there perhaps others as well made from that Studio? (as

You could try searching on, Wikipedia or AnimeNewsNetwork - For the Anime's that come from, Idea Factory.
As for your question. Not alot of Anime's have the lead femile role look like a guy, and then fall in love with the lead male role. That's about the only one i think...
