The quality of the image and stock are low, I can see it's pretty grainy on the scan...although it looks
like a vector. Did you resize it? Where did you get the image? I think the stock needs more cleaning, it's too
grainy atm.
And the border is too much, I think it's better without it.

The stock looks a bit better but still the image looks pixelated on the hair. Also, I still think the white border
shoud be removed. Draws too much attention to itself.

It looks like a vector but resized to fit, which is why it looks so pixelated.
Hm yea, perhaps trying a new scan is a better idea.

That one is bad as well, and the gir's hand is cut off...
Also it has the same low quality as the last scan you used.
Try finding a high quality scan, clean and easy to extract.
