I like Garnier Fructis; and that's a brand that seems to work for guys and girls. I also really like Pantene.

I'm a suave fan myself, been using it for years. it leaves no buildup (unless you don't get the conditioner out, which is separate) and my hair isn't frizzy and easy to manage. have to be careful with some shampoos they tend to seriously do damage to myself or my hair.

depends on your hair texture and the look you want. if you have curly hair then some shampoos work better than others. if you have dry hair or use a flat iron or hair dryer everyday then you might go for something else.
personally i use head and shoulders with fructis conditioner. i use fructis conditioner for dyed hair since i keep it various shades of red.

I have pretty unmanageable hair - it's very thick and curly. The only shampoo that seems to help me manage it is Tresemme Shampoo. They all have different kinds, of course, depending on what kind of hair you have. Also, it is very fragrant. ^^
I am a vessel wrought with strife and regret, but I will not fear.

I usually use Tresemme and Herbal Essences, but I also use Dove Damage Therapy. Either of the three will leave my hair feeling soft, smooth and not dried out or frizzy. Of course I use both shampoo and conditioner.
