To fix that pesky resizing issue, you can try using Imageshack...

Eye Candy Maker!

Actually you can adjust your photobucket options to set the image size limit to 1mb - anything under that will not be resized, regardless of how many pixels big it is. So showing wall sized pics, as long as they don't exceed 1mb, is entirely possible. I haven't used imageshack in ages because of this feature.

Find it by clicking on your username at the top right corner, then account settings, then album settings, then upload options. As a regular member, choose "best possible quality (while staying 1mb or less)". Then we can crit your wall at full size without you having to register somewhere else. :)

Anyway from what I can tell of your wall so far, it's nice and clean, but it lacks lighting effects and shadows from the moon! Unless there is a bright light coming from inside the room, the right vertical stones should be darker and the left side of the girl should be more in shadow too. Also, were you thinking of adding more stuff in the bg? How about some tree tops or some stars to make the scene more interesting?

Thanks Everyone for advice : )
Fireflywishes : Thanks , but I don't prefer imageshack x.x" , I don't know why but it always makes me annoyed and is always being slow with me @_@

Nysha : Thanks for giving advice ^^ .. I adjusted the options , and adjusted the wallpaper as well :P
Added some trees and more shadows , Here's the result :

With Trees :

With No Trees :

How about it ?
( I know The Trees looks weird xD but I drew them with a mouse as I don't have a tablet ^^" )

I think the tress looks very nice. Without them in the second version, the wallpaper look kinda empty. But The BG isn't really that clear, did you use some kind of filter on them?

Besot of luck on this! ^_^

It's not the shadows that need adjusting, the colours that you used for the bricks need to be much darker and less vibrant. It looks like you have two different light sources in your wallpaper - it stops any natural flow and makes it look really unrealistic. Judging by the title, you were going for a moonlit look, right? The "light source" is coming from behind the girl, but it looks like it shining directly in front of her. Your shadowing should be much more dramatic to show that the only light source is the moon.

These are some good examples of what I'm talking about:

Don't be afraid of making things too dark. Brightening the borders of her silhouette will also maximize the moonlit glow you're looking for. This will also work for the brick.

I have no real problem with the background, I think it just lacks in detail. It looks like you just used a solid coloured background and a couple cloud/fog brushes in the same colour. The trick is to gradient the base color so that it compliments the glow of the moon. For the cloud/fog brushes, I suggest using various grays/whites/purples/blues to create more depth.
