Cool.

For a moment there I thought those were tabs at the top of Windows Explorer in the 3rd screenie but "File, Share, View, Manage" sound more like menubar items than directories. What always drives me nuts about Windows file manager is you can't open Desktop in one tab and Documents in another, they have to be separate windows >.>

This doesn't look entirely different from Windows 7. I heard something about "Ribbon UI" in Windows 8, is this it or am I mistaken? =o

ぬいぐるみ !

it looks like a cross between windows xp and seven to me :/ but maybe they might have more bells and whistles, from the pictures alone it does, what's the point behind the app thing is beyond me, perhaps too much time on facebook? or trying to give the illusion that people might like it? but I give all window properties the benefit of the doubt until I actually get experience on it and see, first hand, what it's all about.

"Fate, up against your will."

I saw this a couple months back, but I'm not really jumping out of my seat with excitement. Windows 7 is like the Holy Grail of Awesome to me, so already seeing a brand spankin' new Windows 8 makes me uneasy. There's a lot of buttons in the Start Menu that I can't see myself utilizing either, but some of the Apps are appealing. Who knows, if I ever get around to using it, I might like it. However, at first glance I'm not interested.

Margarita Time!

I won't disagree that this is definitely a step in the right direction, but as so many have stated before it's really hard to get behind this when Windows 7, which is a perfectly fine OS, just came out not that long ago. I can only hope that this is teaser images and that they'll be refining this further as time goes on, but I highly doubt that.

I guess that means I'll be waiting for Windows 9 xD.

I still prefer windows vista :(

The original looks boring, so I made some changes to it. :)
