I do not understand how you can compare art / scan of wallpapers, it is the same problem on Soukou no Strain and Pandora no Tou

Advance wars it is same studio (intelligent systems (Nintendo)) which takes care of fire emblem and of papers mario (or story)

I wrote all the reasons in your deletion pms. Maybe you should read them. But I can tell you the reasons again.
I've deleted the four Fire Emblem wallpapers because of the jpeg artifacts. I don't keep official wallpapers that are low quality.
I've deleted the next three wallpapers because the images were already submitted in bigger sizes. All of the characters are already submitted as official cg art and compared to the official wallpapers they are really big. Both submissions (the single characters and your wallpapers) are cg art. So I didn't compare scans with cg art. Those old submissions are not scanned. Your submissions are just the smaller versions of the bigger ones. There is no need to keep the same image twice.
