Deletion of high school DXD scan

I have a question about the high school DXD scan that was deleted, was there something wrong with the image quality?

The scan you have submitted ([url=http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/634954][/url]) was removed for one or more of the following reasons:

- The image was too small. Only scans with a clear subject of 1,000,000 pixels or more are accepted.
- The scan contains excessive artifacts. This includes, but is not limited to: page folds, dust, or text on the image.
- The image was enlarged. The majority of anime images found on the internet are not sufficient quality to be submitted at Minitokyo, please do not attempt to enlarge these images for submission.

If you still find the scan is of decent quality however, you can always submit it at Minitokyo's sister site: Zerochan.

I took a look at it and the image quality was poor. It appeared to have been enlarged and over-filtered. I'm not accusing you of having altered the scan yourself, but you should check your submissions carefully. One might receive a warning for submitting enlarged scans, either knowingly or unknowingly. If you would like, I could PM you a sample or two that should illustrate how to spot an enlarged scan. I'm always happy to help when I am asked.

Yes PM a sample, and isn't this version by PPV10 basically the same but with just a larger file size.

I deleted yours because you update replace it with a different scan (around the time I was on) from a previous submission which is now a new rule. We are going to delete any update replace scans that is not related to the original submission. Reason why was due to the recent update abuse by some members. In this case PPV10 scans will be restored.
