Hello everyone ! excuse me to disturb you (^.^') but i want to creat this thread because i have problems with submition scans . i have a lot of quetions to ask..
I want to Know what's the rules about the scans ?
What is good scan ?
Is the panels of manga are acceptable ?
How can i know if the scan was enlarged? what do you meanThe scan contains excessive artifacts?
And finally how about the covers manga,magazine or dvd ?
