gallery item doesn't exist (when logged out)

Hey so when I link gallery.minitokyo.net/view/719122 from my blog, it gives an error message that the item has been deleted or doesn't exist if I'm not logged in. Probably a bug, can someone confirm?
Edit: okay it's ecchi because of #cleavage, if that's why it doesn't show then, really? But at least I know why. I'm new here.

Yes, it can't be seen because it has ecchi tag on it.
Gallery item which has ecchi tag on it can't be seen by non-member viewers (also when you log out). It also happens even if you're logged in but have ecchi filter on.

Anyway, what does mad mean exactly? Aren't we all a little mad?
