i looked at DZU file and his status was restricted member???????
does anybody know what it means????????

I believe it means that he is resticted from coming to mt... Which most likely means that hes IP banned. ;_;

it can be clear to know that what restricted member means. But then again what is the difference betweem banned member and restricted member?
5 mins later: I figured out that if banned, you cant do anything not even enter. BUT if you are only restricted like DZU you can comment or post in a forum but you cannot submit images or gain more level. Or so, I can be wrong.

Restricted means that user cannot post anything to MT, he is not banned.

Can banned members use proxies/anonymizers to hide their IP address?
