I uploaded in the Indy Art category about 30 minutes ago. And I wanted to upload two wallpapers today to reach my limit of 3, but I got a message that tells me to wait 24 hours to submit again. Why is this happening? I've only submitted one thing today.

My guess is members with your level can only upload 1 submission per day. Untill you reach a higher level, yer gonna hafta live with it.
Though according to your userpage you already have 3 submissions.

Never mind......I realized that I first submitted at around 11PM last night....I totally forgot about that time......no wonder....I feel really stupid now. Okay, thread done.
