since, there isnt any information about quarantined walls that i have seen in either keltosh's thread or sheqel's, lets put it out there: What makes a wall quarantined, and why the hell do mine keep getting it.

As for why your artwork keeps on getting quarantined, it's because of either:
1. they are ripped wallpapers. that's strictly forbidden on MT and has always been that way.
2. they are low quality. they show little more than cropping a scan and pasting it onto a simple background. Using Photoshop already-made filters and brushes do not usually count as effort.In otherwords, the same reasons that your work would have been deleted on the old MT would be the reasons they are put in quarantine. The quaratined walls are the same as deleted walls.
