I strongly suggest to read this thread: http://forum.minitokyo.net/t66262 before making a thread here.

Unfortunately, your wallpaper won't be restored as there are major issues with the extraction, the edges are rough, like you had used the wand tool to extract the scan. Also, the background's quality is low and it doesn't really fit the scan.
You can always try posting your wall in the sandbox http://forum.minitokyo.net/25 , to see how you can improve.
