i have a pic but i dont know where to put it.
its not an anime pic or a scan nor did i make it. (in fact i dont know who made it)
i got it off of axis hisory fourms (thy where talking about some german tanker that saposedly panted his tank pink). and
thought it was "fun enough" to put it here.
(pic size is 1180X750 if you wanted to know.)

Submission Policy

You are explicitly not allowed to submit anything obscene, vulgar or pornographic in the galleries.
When submitting materials into the wallpaper galleries ('Anime Wallpapers' and 'General Wallpapers')
you are allowed to use stock images such as those found in the Minitokyo scans galleries. You are not allowed to submit
copyrighted materials into the IndyArt galleries ('Doujinshi' and 'Abstract Art').
Partially uploaded material is prone to reporting and deletion. Partially uploaded items are recognized by blacked
thumbnails.
Minitokyo endeavours to have only material of the highest possible quality and moderators shall delete any materials that does not conform o.s. to a certain quality standard. All materials posted to the galleries have to be submitted in JPEG format, standard or progressive. For the Wallpaper Galleries ('Anime Wallpapers' and 'General Wallpapers'), the following applies:
* Only fixed resolutions are allowed: 800x600; 1024x768; 1152x864; 1280x960; 1280x1024 and 1600x1200.
* For anime wallpapers it is required that you feature a manga, anime or game-related picture.
* You may not submit any unmodified/copyrighted material from another website, online gallery or the like.
* You may not claim ownership of any stock images used.
* All submitted material must have a certain degree of quality, which is unconditionally decided by the Gallery
Directors. This does not include 'filter-whore' wallpapers, one-color or very simplistic wallpapers, or
screenshots, modified or not.
For the IndyArt Galleries ('Doujinshi' and 'Abstract Art'), the following applies:
* The image needs to have at least 40,000 pixels.
* For Doujinshi it is required that you feature a manga, anime or game-related picture.
* For Abstract Art it is required that your submission is anything non-realistic, or a recreation.
* All submitted material must have a certain degree of quality, which is unconditionally decided by the Gallery
Directors. This does only include finished pieces of artwork, and does not include quick sketches or other
doodles.
For the Scans Galleries ('Male', 'Female', 'Couples', 'Groups', 'Misc'), the following applies:
* The image needs to have at least 1,000,000 (one million) pixels.
* It is required that it is a manga, anime or game-related picture.
* It may not contain excessive scan-artifacts, deep page-folds, or excessive noise/dust.
* You may not post the material, if it has already been posted in the Minitokyo galleries, unless it is of much
better quality, or is much larger in dimensions.
* You may only submit materials that have at least 16 bit-per-pixel; this does not include greyscale images.
* All submitted material must have a certain degree of quality, which is unconditionally decided by the Gallery
Directors. This does not include enlarged images to fit the minimum dimension criteria, screenshots, or images that are
excessively blurred, unsharp, noisy, over- or undersaturated, over- or underlit. All materials must have a clearly
visible subject, in most cases an anime, manga or game character, which must be visible as a whole, or at least 50% of
the body.

not anime and you didnt make it...hmm..then you shouldnt submit it
Generally, you can't put it here, unless you created it yourself, in which you could claim it as misc doujinshii. Ah hell, I don't think people would mind all that much if you post it in Misc scans though.
