Hahahahaha veeeeery nice, but I think this is the only situation where Athrun is crying :D. I remember this scene very well, it was almost at the end of 50 episode ... Almost everybody was crying then.

I've watched all of Gunbam SeeD and a good chunk of Destiny as well, and I admire both of these characters. The only edge I would give to Kira is the Freedom, I like it more than either the Justice or Savior

Kira man. Freedom is so much cooler than Justice. Kira's also the "ultimate coordinator" and he totally whooped Asuran in Seed Destiny along with all those other people. Kira man.

Here are some reasons why I don't really like Kira:
1. He talks alot of trash.
2. He lets his gf dress like a...I won't say it, but didn't you see Lacus's dress? SO far down...
3. He let Fllay suffer so much...
4. He is a totallllll crybaby. You may say he's emotional, but come on! He cried 3 times in one episode once. Remember the one when he took Lacus back to Athrun?
5. He's a little baby.
6. If he never had Freedom, nobody would like him.
7. He's a perv.Oh yeah. I have two questions.

Okay Athrun cried 2 times, the 3rd picture you show us now is that when Athrun is pissed of and sad, because Kira killed Nicol. You must admit that at least one thing what Cagari said is true. :D

Let me get clear of this, i'm trying to be neutral:
Kira:1. brown hair, brown skin, and quite tall
2. a peace lover boy, kind and nice to everyone
3. kinda childish, but sometimes decissive
4. not caring about girls really much, that;s part of his habit, but i don't know why people tell him as a girl stealer.
5. Super coordinator, but doesn't have a will to fight
6. Likes crying, don't know it's his habit or just expressive.
7. Naturally experienced in piloting ms.
8. In battle: good at both ranges, but prefer long-range battles.Athrun: 1. Better looks than Kira, white skin, cool, and taller.
2. Very mature, and caring about girls very much, and liked by girls of course.
3. Elite pilot, and has a skill and training to pilot MS
4. Normal coordinator
5. Kinda funny person, very nice indeed, as nice as Kira.
6. In battle: good at both ranges, but prefer close range which is very cool.I think that's objective. and if you see from all aspect, Athrun is much better than Kira.
For anyone who knows about GS must be choosing Athrun, while there are some choose Kira.
For anyone who didn't know anything about GS most of them choose Athrun.And if you like one of them, don't assume the other one is bad, and you mention it in front of the fans, that'll hurt them.
Well, everyone has their plus and minus. Subjectively i choose Kira, he's charming i think. I also love Athrun very much, his cool style makes girls go crazy. A bonus:

Kira of course, i mean he fights athrun and the others while piloting the strike. What more can you say. Also when he fights in the Freedom he goes against the Raider and Calamity,. Plus the freedom is cooler too
