Last night after watching "Lost In Translation". I really want to go to Japan even more than I did before. :(

Last week,bu it was more like tearing up.I got an email from a friend that made me kinda upset because of what she said in it.I responded back,got another email and started to tear up in a good way that time.I pretty sensitive,but I try to keep my emotions in check.

Ive been crying Inside and out. When I get bad news like as of late I suck it up and try to be there for others. Like a recent friends military related death. I stood by and consoled. Yet I come home go to the back yard and scream...and start punching my punching bag...the concrete beams....and I just fall to my knees and cry...
I cant show others how I feel or let them know if I am bothered...I just cant..but yes I do cry...

The beginning of this week.... My gf and I got into a fight, but every time we fight, it turns into more of something where we trash talk ourselves and not each other. Yeah, we both got low self esteem.... In my opinion, its degrading for me 'cause I'm 18, 6'3", and am about 200 lbs of muscle. A giant softy. Does that make me a wuss?
