Id have to say School Rumble and... Mahoraba!
School Rumble is a nice, funny comedy, and Mahoraba was just fun to watch!
Shuffle comes in close second. Its a fun game, and a great anime, but its lacking character development.

I would have to say Tsubasa Chronicle and Trinity Blood for the 2005 year. Bleach for the 2004 year. Oops, forgot to add Yakita Japan! Since it's on ep 39, I think that it came out this year. I don't exactly feel like doing the math. Yes, yes, i know that i could do it in about 5 seconds, but that is just how dovoted I am to my laziness.

Hmm..i would have to say Da capo, Gundam Seed Destiny, Shuffle, Mahoraba, samurai champloo and Bleach.
