At the moment, I'd be happy - but I'd usually regret saying that.
Well, most likely I'd want to spend the day with my loved ones, especially Tom (no duh. :P). I wouldn't mind spending time with my closest friends, as well. Then in my last 10 minutes, I'd want to be alone, completely... If I change this - I'd want Tom to be there. That's it...**Edit: And if possible - I'd try to make amends with those who I've hurt...**

Well, I'd want to spend my remaining moments with the people I love [or if I have a current partner, her xD].
If not, my family.
I'd also wish them to not mourn me, and to get on with their lives. I wouldn't mind being remembered, but I don't want to be looked back on with sorrow - I'd rather be forgotten.And then I'd hope that I feel satisfied with my life, and that I hadn't wasted my chance :x
